Coins Rain Competition - Match up some colors!

Have you ever wanted your clothing design put right into the game? Well this is your big chance! Chobots is hosting a Valentine's Day Design Contest, and you can design your very own Valentine's Day clothing item.

Game Night

Game Night is an event on Chobots that lets you compete against others for awesome prizes. Every 1st place winners will receive those awesome prizes, though. These awesome prizes include bugs, a game controller, and citizenship!

Ready to show everybody how funny you are? Because there is a Comic Contest going on right now! Your comic can be about anything Chobots related, but...it must include this picture of a camel. I really think these comics are going to be pretty funny and random with this camel involved, but I think people will think up of good ideas on how to include the camel in their comic. It looks like the Cows have been let out of the farm this evening as they have all gathered in Cafe Street. In response, users have started "Cow Tipping." Journalists - Apply Now

Ever wanted your blog featured right on the Official Chobots blog? Of course you do! Not only that, Journalists are given special rewards for all the hard work they do. Anyone can be a Journalist if they try hard enough. If you aren't really good at creating themes - at least try to make your posts informational and helpful, that will help you loads! The Journalist Program allows Chobots to blog about the game while getting views on their blog and a better chance at agency. With this said, the Journalist Program is now holding more applications to become a Journalist for the first time in 2014! Haha, sounds awesome, right?

If you wish to be a Journalist, you must apply on the Official Chobots blog...but you must have the following requirements, or else you won't be able to become a Journalist:

• Your blog should be at least one month old and updated weekly.
•     The posts on your blog must be your own and creative. You may not copy from other blogs or websites.
•     Images found on the Official Blog may be used in your posts.
•     At least 1 active blogger and no more than 4 bloggers.

This year they have added another requirement, which is the 1 active blogger and no more than 4 bloggers requirement. This will really effect the community in my opinion, Chobots can't work as a team of 4 anymore...but will this mean that they are going to reward all of the bloggers with the Journalist rewards? We'll have to see about that!

Talking about Journalist rewards, take a look at what the Journalists receive for participating in the program:

• Your blog will be featured on the play page
•     Journalist badge on your playercard with the title of your blog, along with an exclusive playercard
•     In the beginning of the month, each member of your blog will receive one week of free Citizenship*
•     You will receive the exclusive feather item automatically
•     You will be invited to write one blog post here on the Official Blog
•     The ability to contact a moderator through PC, even when their card is blocked
•        Your blog will be bookmarked by the Moderators
•     Your website will be featured on the Official Blog
•     And, a purple name tag

The rewards are still the same, but are still awesome! 

Now, you have until Friday, January 10th to submit your blog to the Official Chobots Blog. I wish you all the best of luck, you may not get in on your first try, but you have a giant chance in getting in if you try hard enough!

Winter Baking Contest

Cooking is a fun thing to do, especially if your a good chief. Chobots has prepared a yummy contest for all the cooks who want to earn some cool prizes.

The Winter Baking Contest challenges Chobots to bake a yummy treat with a Chobots or Winter Theme. The contest will be open for entries from December 30th to January 5th. Get cooking everybody!

Upcoming Game Night

Game Nights are always a fun way to earn yourself a Citizenship, bugs, and a controller. So that's why I'm excited to say there is going to be a Game Night this Sunday, December 15th, at 8 PM Cho-Time. All you have to do is play a game of your choice for two hours and try to get to the top of the scoreboards. Remember, only 1st place on the scoreboards win the prizes, so don't stop for nothing! Happy 500th, Elvio!

One of the Chobots developers, Elvio, has turned 500 days old today on Chobots! In celebration, everyone gathered in the park for some rain, magic, and quizzes! We were also surprised when we saw the new Elvio Flag, finally! I asked Elvio how it feels to be 500 days old on Chobots and he replied, "Well, It's great to be with Chobots for this long. We've had some great adventures and there's many more great fun to come!" We are surely grateful that Elvio is on the developer team for sure, he is always working hard on smashing the bugs and adding new stuff to the game to make Chobots a better place. Without him, the game would not be as fun. Make sure to wish him a happy 500th when you see him today!

Did you know that not everyone celebrates Christmas? You've heard me right. Some cultures celebrate different holidays instead! One of the holidays other cultures celebrate is Kwanzza. So your task is to do a research project on Kwanzza, learn all about the holiday and put your information on a template. Make sure not to plagiarize! Use the template to complete your project. New Citizenship Items

One of my favorite parts about buying Citizenship is receiving those cool items with it, and today we were told that Chobots has updated the items! It's December and all, so now there is a new package named "The Winter Royalty." It features a girl and a boy chobot wearing some ice themed clothes, which I thought was super cool. Especially that crown and those wings, don't you think? Also as always, Chobots will receive 10,000 bugs with the package so you can go Christmas shopping and buy some cool clothes. If your interested in these clothes, buy Citizenship this month, or else you will miss your chance!

Winter Art Contest

If you're an artist, well, there is a contest that you might enjoy going on now! This contest is called "Winter Art" and all you have to do is draw one of these Staff Members: Zoo, Vani, Mike, or Paris. When drawing, try to add a cool scene in the background, it'll win you some plus points and a better chance at winning. Judging will be based on quality and creativity, so don't worry, you don't have to be a master drawer, just be creative and try your hardest. Make sure to make your drawing Christmas/Winter theme.
